Thank you for choosing our coaching services. We are committed to providing a positive and impactful experience. Please review our Return and Refund Policy below:

Refund Policy:

• No Refunds for Services Already Rendered. 
• Package or Program Refunds: If you’ve purchased a coaching package or program, a refund request can be made up to 2 days before your first session. The refund will be prorated based on the number of sessions attended. If you have attended more than one session, we will deduct the cost of those sessions from your refund.

Cancellation Policy:

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will be charged in full.
• If you miss a session without prior notice, it will be considered used, and no refund or reschedule will be offered.

Refund Process:

• If a refund is granted, the amount will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Other Conditions: Customer Satisfaction: If for any reason you feel that the coaching experience isn’t meeting your expectations, please reach out to discuss your concerns. We are here to support you and want to ensure you get the most out of our sessions.

• No Refund for Digital Products or Recorded Sessions: Any digital products, recordings, or materials provided as part of the coaching service are non-refundable.
